Polyurethane Coating
Our polyurethane coatings, which can be produced in the desired thickness and width dimensions, offer durable, long-lasting, and high-performance solutions suitable for the needs of various sectors.
Polyurethane
Polyurethane belts are high-performance conveyor belt systems produced by applying a polyurethane or silicone coating to a single-ply or multi-ply polyester fabric surface woven from monofilament or multifilament yarns. Many different coated and uncoated models are available to suit various industrial applications. They exhibit superior performance, particularly in systems using small drum diameters and in blade edge applications. The upper surface of the belts is reinforced with a high-strength polyester elastomer. Produced in ivory, blue, and green color options, these belts have a hardness rating of 100 SHA. The operating temperature range varies between 30°C and 90°C. Depending on the application requirement, they can be supplied in rolls, with endless joints, pre-jointed joints, or mechanically joined joints. Optional solutions such as pallets, guide profiles, vacuum holes, filter holes, and special surface coatings can also be applied to suit different applications.
Polyurethane Properties
Manufactured in accordance with FDA standards, polyurethane belts, with their 100% food-grade conformity, are safely used in sectors requiring high hygiene standards. Their low tension requirement saves energy while minimizing maintenance costs. Their robust and flexible splice structure extends belt life, while the hot-vulcanized splicing method eliminates the risk of contamination. Their easy-to-clean surface helps maintain hygiene standards. The polyurethane coating offers significantly higher abrasion resistance compared to other coating types. Cotton-faced polyurethane belts provide superior splicing capabilities, ensuring long-lasting and stable use.
Areas of Application
Polyurethane belts are widely preferred in many different sectors, primarily in food production lines. They are effectively used in hygiene-sensitive applications such as biscuit, chocolate, confectionery, bread and dough processing lines, fruit and vegetable processing plants, citrus sorting systems, and the tea and tobacco industries. In addition, they offer high performance in packaging and filling machines, metal detector systems, cooling tunnels, pharmaceutical production facilities, printing systems, furniture manufacturing, the paper industry, the plastics and textile sectors, and meat and poultry processing lines. Thanks to their durable structure, food-grade surface, and long service life, they are among the reliable solutions for general conveying and production lines.
